President & Representative Director
Director Daniel Hodgman is an accredited housing professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate housing industry, specializing in the sourcing of housing in Japan for DOD projects and contractors working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
Under his guidance, Offbase Housing Japan is dedicated to supporting American contractors in accessing off base housing and transportation needs within close proximity of U.S. military installations across Japan. By providing in-depth expertise in pre-bid planning, contract management, and fostering strong relationships with U.S. government agencies, Offbase Housing helps Japanese contractors navigate entry barriers and expand into this promising market.
